Patient-led healthcare teams are rapidly becoming the future of healthcare. These teams are made up of healthcare providers, such as doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals, working in tandem with patients to provide more personalized and accessible care.
This type of care is often referred to as telehealth or telemedicine, and it allows medical professionals to provide remote diagnosis and treatment. Patients can access telehealth services through a variety of methods, such as video conferencing, phone calls, and texting.
